Here’s what I’m mixing up in the blender:

Ingredients

1 c. soy milk
28 g. soy protien
5 g creatine monohydrate
8 g. (1 scoop) super greens
1 Tbsp flax seed oil
1 banana
0.5 c. frozen blueberries
4 ice cubes

Blend. Drink. Enjoy.

Notes: the creatine makes it a little gritty, but it’s optional. I use creatine to prevent soreness and help with recovery.

Nutrition Information

Calories: 600
Carbs: 75 g
Protein: 36 g
Fiber: 10.5 g
Fat: 18.5 g
S. Fat: 1.5 g

Just for kicks, I checked McDonald’s Nutrition Facts to see how this compares to a Big Mac:

Calories: 540
Carbs: 45 g
Protein: 25 g
Fiber: 3 g
Fat: 29 g
S. Fat: 10 g

So, the shake has more calories & more carbs, but also more protein and less saturated fat. I?m not even going to compare the vitamins and minerals.
